1. Can I use the service as a guest?

You can watch the videos on Vlip without signing in. However, you need to sign-in to be able to use features such as uploading videos, managing your profile, or interacting with other users or videos.

2. How do I sign out?
 

To log out, you can go to the ellipsis icon in the upper right corner of 'My Profile,' and then select 'Settings'.

3. How often can I change my username?

To prevent any inconvenience to other users due to frequent nickname changes and to enhance user information security, you can change your nickname once every 7 days.

4. Where can I change my profile?
 

To edit your profile, you can select the 'Edit Profile' button located to the right of your nickname at the top of the My Profile screen. This will take you to the profile editing page where you can make the necessary changes.

5. What kind of videos should I upload?

Vlip is a space for sharing your daily life and places through videos. You can freely share videos of places you've visited whether it be an domestic or international, locations you want to recommend, great restaurants, and snippets of your everyday life. However, we kindly ask you to refrain from sharing videos that may cause discomfort or evoke feelings of hate among other members. Please note that videos that violate Vlip's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy may be subject to removal.

6. How do I upload videos?

When you select the upload button ('+') at the bottom of the app screen, you can start recording a video. After recording the video, you can add hashtags and a description, and then proceed to upload the video.

7. Can I upload videos saved on my phone?

Vlip allows only videos that are recorded at the time of uploading to be uploaded in order to provide the most up-to-date and unfiltered "real" information through video content.

8. Can I apply filters or effects to my videos after recording?

Vlip is designed to convey the most objective information through unfiltered videos. Additionally, to ensure that all users can comfortably share content without the burden of video editing, filters and effects cannot be applied.

9. How is a hashtag?

Hashtags are a way to add a brief description to your uploaded videos. You can also use hashtags to categorize and search for videos based on your preferences.

10. How long are my videos saved on Vlip?

To ensure users can find the most recent information and remain anonymous, Vlip automatically deletes uploaded videos after 30 days of upload.

11. Is it really anonymous?

Vlip does not possess information that can identify users. Unlike other social platforms, it does not provide friend recommendations based on contact information. With the automatic deletion of videos after 30 days of upload, Vlip has further strengthened anonymity. Vlip will continue to focus on ensuring anonymity to allow everyone to comfortably share their daily life.

12. Do my videos ever get deleted?

If a video violates Vlip's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy or receives multiple reports from other users, the administrators may take the necessary action to remove the video.

13. How do I report videos?

If you wish to report an issue, you can do so by selecting the ellipsis icon in the upper right corner of 'My Profile,' then navigating to the settings screen, and choosing 'Contact Us' for reporting via 1:1 inquiry.

14. How do I contact the customer center?

If you have any questions or feedback, you can do so by selecting the ellipsis icon in the upper right corner of 'My Profile,' then navigating to the settings screen, and choosing 'Contact Us' for reporting via 1:1 inquiry.
